The Organization Settings area is where you enter your organization's name, contact information, and social media sites. You can export your data and access the NCOA Dashboard here.

To access your organization settings:

  1. Click Gear icon, View All Settings.
  2. Click Edit in the My Organization tile to open the Organization Settings page.

On the left, enter your organization's name, email, phone, and address details. This information is used in forms and emails that you send out of Bloomerang. Valid contact information helps achieve better delivery rates for your emails. When you use Bloomerang's forms, you get notification emails at the email address you enter here when someone fills out an online form.

Tip: To avoid bounced confirmation emails to constituents or bounced notification emails to you, use a email address from your website's domain. For example, use AwesomeFundraiser@nonprofit.org, not LameFundraiser@gmail.com.

On the right, enter your organization's website, Facebook vanity URL, Twitter, and LinkedIn details. Add your National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEE) designation by searching the list. (This is the same NTEE code your organization uses for tax purposes.) Type in when your fiscal year starts.

At the bottom of the screen, choose an accounting system, enable two-factor authentication for the database, export most of your data, activate NCOA processing, and find your API keys if you have an integration using API v1.
