Benevon tasks and interactions include Benevon Tracking and Benevon Events sections. To see these sections, you must first select a Benevon purpose from the Purpose menu.

Benevon Tracking

The Benevon Tracking section captures Benevon-specific information about the constituent. It is prefilled with the Benevon Tracking information from the constituent's most recent Benevon task or interaction. Of course, you can edit this section.

Ambassadors and askers are other constituents in your Bloomerang database. To add an ambassador or asker:

  • Click Plus icon in the appropriate section.
  • Search for and select a constituent.

Remove an ambassador or asker by clicking Blue arrow next to the name. Click Remove.

Team Leader

A team leader must be a user in your Bloomerang database. See Add and Edit Users. Select a team leader from the list.

Levels of Interests and Buckets

Select all levels of interest and buckets that apply. To add or edit the levels of interest or buckets, see Bloomerang for Benevon Basics.

Readiness for Ask

Record the constituent's readiness for ask at this point. These levels are preset by Benevon and cannot be changed.

Other Fields

Record why the constituent is interested and ask details in the other fields.

Benevon Events

The Benevon Events section ties the task or interaction with Benevon events. This section is not prefilled when you create a task or interaction.

You may decide to complete the Benevon Events section any time a task or an interaction is related to an event. Or you may decide to only fill it out for interactions. Either way, make sure your organization is consistent in how it records this information. Consistency makes it easier to report on Benevon events.
